Refund policy

All workings performed by Mother Odessa are personal spiritual services delivered digitally. Because each working is performed individually at the altar and requires significant time, preparation, and spiritual materials, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued after a working has been performed. If you have submitted your petition and Mother Odessa has begun your working, the service is considered rendered.

If Mother Odessa is unable to perform your working for any reason, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

If you have not yet submitted your petition information after purchase, please contact us at odessa@motherodessa.com within 48 hours and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

All workings are non-transferable and cannot be applied to a different person or situation after purchase.
